9. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the desired items are not in stock, you will be notified via email; You will be able to choose between waiting for it to be back in stock or canceling your order.
Any order you place will be considered an offer to purchase on our part, and we may withdraw such offer when we deem necessary. The conclusion of the contract between both parties will take place when i) we debit the total purchase from your bank card or Paypal account, or ii) we send the products or the service begins, depending on the latest event.
For our part, we will do our best to ensure that your order and payment details are processed securely. However, if there was no negligence on our part, we would not be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party accesses any type of personal information that you have provided to us when accessing or placing an order on our website.
The products sold on our website are not for resale or distribution. You can only purchase five items of each product. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or terminate user accounts from which orders have been placed contrary to this provision.
The user will be responsible for the products once they are sent to the shipping address specified when placing the order. Javier Martínez Valera García will not be responsible if you provide an incorrect shipping address or if you cannot collect the order at the specified address.
10. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you have purchased the products or services as a consumer (for private use rather than commercial use), you will NOT have the right to cancel any contract you have with us upon receipt of the products or services.
If you cancel a contract in accordance with the reasons set out in the returns and refund policy, you will have to inform us of them by contacting us or writing to hola@micko.es, or by calling us at +34 617 81 24 66. You must keep the products and ensure that they are in the same condition in which they were received until we collect them or send them back to us. You will be informed of the date we will pick them up. This is normally done within 28 days of receiving the cancellation form. You will have to pay the cost of collecting the products and it will be deducted from any amount of money we have to return to you.
At no time are returns of orders or products grounds for a refund. In all cases, returns will be replaced by new merchandise according to the purchase made by the customer.

11. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices include VAT only where applicable (please read below) at the current rate and are correct at the time of inclusion of the information in the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Any other type of tax will not be applicable if your shipping address is in Spain. If your shipping address is in another country, taxes such as customs duties (VAT included) may apply. Please note that cross-border shipping to countries outside of Spain may result in the package being opened and inspected by customs authorities. In all shipments outside of Spain, you will be considered the importer of these and, therefore, you will have to act in accordance with the legislation in the receiving country.
Payment will be made to the bank card or Paypal account used. The total will be debited from your account before the product or service is shipped.
In the unlikely event that the price shown when confirming your purchase was incorrect and we discovered this before accepting your order, in accordance with clause 9, we would not sell the product at the price shown. At Mickô we always try to ensure that the prices of our products on our website are correct, but sometimes errors can occur. We will contact you as soon as possible if we detect any type of error in the price of the products you have ordered. Likewise, you will be given the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel your purchase once we correct the price. If you cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund your money.
On the other hand, the user guarantees that the bank card or Paypal account used belongs to him. The bank card entity may request to verify the identity and/or authorization of bank card holders. In the event that the payment entity rejects or denies payment authorization, we will not be responsible for delays or non-shipment.
If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to retry processing the payment. Before retrying payment, we will give you at least 48 hours' notice via the email address you have provided to us. If you do not want us to try to process your payment again, you must cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving the email.
You can only use discount codes once on each order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes more than one discount code.
Discount codes are only permitted to be used in accordance with the terms and conditions under which they were issued, such as usage eligibility and maximum order value.

19. RETURNS
