How should I apply my creams?

With clean and makeup-free skin, take a small amount of our Mickô cream and apply gently with circular movements until completely absorbed.

Why can't I use the night cream during the day?

Because the night cream contains depigmenting ingredients that when used during the day can lose their effectiveness, that is why both products are designed and manufactured in order to provide complete effectiveness for both night and day.

Do I have to use both creams?

If you are using the night cream, which is anti-stain and depigmenting, you need to use a cream during the day that provides you with a lot of hydration and has sunscreen, in order to protect your skin.

That is why it is advisable to use Micko's day cream, since its effects include deep hydration for 24 hours, it soothes your skin and has 30 sunscreen.

Can makeup be applied over the easy cream?
Of course, as a moisturizing cream it can be applied previously to makeup, since it does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling, which makes it easier to apply any foundation or makeup powder later.

Have the creams been dermatologically tested?
Yes, our creams are certified and dermatologically tested, through a skin tolerance test on human volunteers and controlled by a specialized dermatologist.

When will I start seeing real results?

Starting 3 or 4 weeks after using it correctly and routinely.

Is it suitable for pregnant women?

The day cream is suitable for pregnant women, however, the night cream contains retinol. At Micko we can affirm that the most important thing for us is your well-being, so if you have questions, consult your doctor.

How much cream should I apply?

The Micko creams already come with a dispenser, which dispenses the correct amount for each application. One dosage should be enough.

When will I receive my product?

Card orders that we receive on our website before 1:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped on the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed the next business day, so their delivery time increases by 24 hours. On weekends or holidays, they are processed the next business day. (During promotions and sales periods, the delivery time may be modified).

With Cash on Delivery, shipping has a supplement of 3 euros and could take up to 72 hours.
