Instructions and recommendations for use
1-2 doses of 230 ml per day.
To prepare a 230 ml serving, pour approximately 195 ml of cold water into a glass and gradually add 6 level scoops (one scoop is included in the can) or 53.5 g of Ensure NutriVigor. Stir or shake carefully to dissolve the powder. One 850 g can contains approximately sixteen 230 ml servings.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Avoid consumption with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store unopened at room temperature. Close opened cans and store in a cool, dry place, but do not refrigerate. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.
